The Sri Lanka Air Force Performing Arts Wing and the U.S. Pacific Air Forces band will present a joint concert titled “Fusion Performance: Atlas Angel 2026.”
The concert is scheduled for September 4, 2026, from 5:30 pm at Arcade Independence Square in Colombo. Admission is free and open to the public.
Representatives from both forces told Lakbima News the programme will include music, dance and collaborative pieces, and that the event is meant to strengthen professional ties between the services.
The performance is part of Atlas Angel 2026, a series of joint exercises that combines operational activity with cultural events, organisers said.
Planned selections include brass ensemble and vocal arrangements alongside traditional Sri Lankan rhythms, reflecting the musical traditions each side brings to the stage.
