Mobil, represented in Sri Lanka by McLarens Lubricants Ltd., will join the 16th Gunner Supercross 2026 as the Official Lubricant Partner, strengthening its association with Sri Lanka’s motorsport community and some of the country’s most exciting racing action.
The highly anticipated Gunner Supercross 2026 will take place on 27 September 2026 at the Regiment of Artillery Gravel Racing Track in Minneriya, with timing and practice sessions scheduled for 26 September 2026. Organised by the Sri Lanka Autosports Drivers Association (SLADA) in collaboration with the Regiment of Sri Lanka Artillery, Gunner Supercross has established itself as one of the prominent events on Sri Lanka’s motorsport calendar.
First introduced in 2004, the event has developed into a highly competitive motorsport spectacle, bringing together many of Sri Lanka’s leading racing drivers and motocross riders while attracting motorsport enthusiasts from across the country.
The 2026 edition is expected to feature approximately 90 car competitors and 110 motorcycle competitors, competing across 20 racing events. The demanding Minneriya gravel circuit, known for its challenging corners, climbs, descents and technical sections, provides an ideal environment to showcase driver and rider skill, precision, endurance and performance.
